Your Sports Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer
Meet Connor Hulme
As an individual who has been a part of the physical, fitness and wellbeing industry since my teens, I've seen a large number of people going through their transformational journeys and steered them towards reaching their goals.
Something I will never become tired of doing.

One part of this industry is understanding the fact that everyone is different, they all have different starting points and will all require different approaches to their journeys.

And this is why I am here for!

My start in the fitness & wellness world started as a teenager who was tired of being the skinny kid, with zero confidence and who would barely speak.
Deciding to go to the gym with friends after college was my first initial step, as I had no clue what to do or where to start from. However, in time, I started to slowly gain the confidence to go alone, build my style of training and gain an in-depth field of knowledge.
Throughout this time, I've built up my understanding of training and nutrition so I knew how these worked synergistically to get the best possible results. And when I became a PT, it came naturally to me to apply these aspects to other people's lives too.

As time progressed, my skills developed in unison.
After being a Personal Trainer for some time, I decided to go to University, where I acquired my degree in Strength & Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Massage.
From this, I had greatly surpassed what the skinny teenager was ever able to achieve & build! Seeing people going through physical fitness hurdles as a PT, and seeing others return from injuries as a Sports Rehabilitation & Massage Practitioner opened my eyes to a whole new world of possibilities.

From my point of view, physical training is not something that should be seen as a chore or hard work. I see it more as something to look forward to, a time when you can become the best version of yourself.
When I train my clients, I am there to push them, so I make the sessions hard but I also offer them the chance to talk, have fun and laugh as well!

Also, as a Sports Massage Therapist, I use a wide variety of massage techniques to treat and care for people who are suffering from injuries or pain.
I work with my clients on rehabilitation processes, aiming to reduce pain, inflammation, long-term impact, discomfort or the risk of injuries occurring again.

Becoming a trained health & wellness professional gave me the opportunity to identify the frequency, types of physical activities and injuries of my clients with much greater ease.
And now I am confident and able to use this information to apply the proper massage techniques to various muscle groups, depending on my client's needs.
