Strength & Conditioning (or in short, S&C) is a specific method of training that Connor follows himself. In short, it is an avenue of training that sees someone become efficient in strength, power, stability, mobility, speed/agility and endurance. Progressing in all of these areas means that you can develop yourself in numerous variations of physical exercise, so you can become physically fitter, both in terms of performance and visual appearance and posture.

Cardio Training
Connor has experience in concentrating on this type of training to help clients with an interest in losing weight by elevating their heart and breathing rate. He creates exercises and fitness plans that might involve running, swimming, jogging, bicycling, walking or climbing. Clients often choose this form of training to exercise different muscle groups and improve the performance of important organs like the lungs, heart and the circulatory system.
