When working together, I am offering 6 years of experience in the fitness & wellness industry and the possibility to apply that towards achieving your goals. I have worked with a vast range of clientele, ranging from overweight, underweight, and those who find gyms intimidating to those with underlying health issues. I can say I have seen them all throughout their physical and mental growth journeys, but I have also seen them overcome any hurdles they've been dealt with.
And this is my mission: to see you achieve the best possible versions of yourself!

Sports Physical Therapy
Working as a Massage Therapist, I spent the last years developing my skill set as much as possible so that when clients come to me with a physical injury or enquiry, I can offer multiple options of treatment suitable for their needs.
Starting with injury-based practices, such as sports physical therapy massage, I can work with varied calibres of injuries. Additionally, by learning Cupping Therapy I've also increased my scope of practice to work with nerv related issues, soft tissue release and myofascial-based issues.
Moving away from my Deep Tissue Massage skills, I set out to learn Swedish and Hot Stone Massage as well, so I can provide various modalities of massage therapy, focused on relaxation and a wide variety of recovery techniques.
Personal Training
Working with me as a PT means that all the technical aspects are covered in terms of nutrition and training.
If nutrition is the biggest issue when achieving the goal in mind, then this is something I can provide by simply putting together tailored nutrition guidelines and/or meal plans.
On the other hand, if training and actually getting to the gym is a big leap forward, then you will have me standing right beside you, guiding you when structuring your sessions, and if needed, addressing the form of specific movements.
So all you have to do is show up and follow the plans provided, and see the results appear as time progresses!

Working together means you will have all bases covered, ranging from physical training, nutrition, programming and recovery. This is something that can rarely be offered by a personal trainer, or if at all in today's industry! So not only you will achieve your physical goals with training, but you can also solve any issues in regards to physical pain, muscle tension, or injuries.
